We are looking for Patient Referral Coordinators in Greenwood, IN. This customer service-oriented role represents our brand to patients, parents, kids, local doctors, and their staff. They will provide incredible, exemplary, and memorable customer service and partner with the Chief Operations Officer and office managers to ensure a smooth transition of care for patients referred to our office for vision care.     The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing fees and payment arrangements with families, be a team player, love working with families, have exceptional computer and communication skills, can travel locally, and desire to make a difference.
