This rapidly growing practice seeks a career-minded, enthusiastic, dedicated team player to join our dynamic team. With Virginia's seventh-state Laser law and privileges, including ALT, SLT, PI, and full glaucoma privileges, you can practice to the fullest extent of your licensure. This practice offers a competitive base salary and achievable productivity-based bonus package totaling $150K-$190K, along with CE stipends, health and dental insurance, vacation pay, malpractice insurance, 401K, life insurance, long-term disability, and paid license and renewal fees. With their medical model practice, you can see patients ranging from the medically complex to primary care and specialty contact lens fits. You'll be assisted by a well-trained staff of 22, complete with certified technicians and scribes, allowing you to focus on patient care and the problems. We're a fully electronic/paperless practice with an EMR system ideal for documenting medical ophthalmic care, and their practice has invested heavily in modern technology and instrumentation, providing our patients with state-of-the-art care in a clean and contemporary environment. The practice has grown significantly, resulting in us breaking ground in August for a new building and 65-space parking lot complete with 15 examination lanes and one laser room. Their team-oriented approach has resulted in us winning the "Best of Coastal Virginia Magazine Readers Choice Awards" for Best Eye Care Practice and Optical Gallery three years in a row. Amazing!
