Job Description

As an Optician, you'll work directly with customers to meet all their eyewear needs. From helping them choose the perfect frames to expertly explaining prescription terminology, you'll be the go-to person to ensure customers leave with a personalized and stylish pair of glasses that meets their unique needs.
But that's not all! You'll also work with the practice team to maintain suitable inventory, collaborate on best practices for sales and customer service, and keep current with trends and lens technology.
They're looking for someone with solid communication and interpersonal skills, a sales and customer service mindset, and the ability to work as a team member. Candidates should have a minimum of a high school education, completion of an optician apprenticeship, and certification through the American Board of Opticianry is preferred.
Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, 401(k) benefits, generous PTO plans, and paid holidays. This position may require travel, and the employee will be compensated for travel. Join our team and help customers see their best and look their best too!
