Job Description
We are seeking Ophthalmologists for a leading ophthalmology practice focused on surgery in Bristol, TN. The ideal candidate must strongly emphasize quality of care and be capable of independent decision-making.
You will lead all clinical aspects of the center to ensure the best patient care for all General Ophthalmology, Refractive, Cataract, Retina, and Glaucoma patients. You will handle eye care emergencies and perform cataract surgery, lasers, and minor procedures.
The day-to-day activities will be managed by a practice manager overseen by a regional director. Technicians, Scribes, Testers, Front Desk, and Optical staff will be based on clinic volume. You will typically see 45 or more patients depending on the subspecialty.
