Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Optometric Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and excellent organizational skills to join our exceptional team in Auburn, AL. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of vision benefits and understand the importance of patient care.
The Optometric Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator will greet patients, schedule appointments, and enter patient information into the practice's electronic health records system. They must also be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient visits and treatments. The ideal candidate should be assertive and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. They should also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.
