Job Description
Looking for an experienced and highly motivated Front Desk/Optical Associate for a well-established optometric practice. The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling patients, and helping customers with frame and lens selection. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping with inquiries related to optometric services, eyeglasses, specialty eyewear, frames, and contact lenses.
In addition to competitive pay, we offer health insurance, dental benefits after three months, and a Simple IRA plan after one year.
