We are looking for Patient Referral Coordinators in Greenwood, IN. This customer service-oriented role represents our brand to patients, parents, kids, local doctors, and their staff. They will provide incredible, exemplary, and memorable customer service and partner with the Chief Operations Officer and office managers to ensure a smooth transition of care for patients referred to our office for vision care.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing fees and payment arrangements with families, be a team player, love working with families, have exceptional computer and communication skills, can travel locally, and desire to make a difference. Someone with experience in healthcare sales would be beneficial.
The Patient Referral Coordinator's primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in the office, on the phone, and on telehealth calls, educating customers on treatment plans, assisting customers with payment options, and traveling to local doctors' offices to provide information and answer questions.
They should also be able to work with the team to achieve the set goals and targets. This position is a full-time opportunity, up to 40 hours per week, primarily from our Greenwood and Geist offices. The candidate must also have reliable transportation. The compensation for this role is based on customer service and sales experience.
