Optometrist Opening with Practice Financed Shareholding Opportunity - Palmer, MA

  • Quabbin Valley Eye Care
  • Palmer, MA, USA
Full-time Optometrist

Job Description

Are you a Massachusetts licensed optometrist who is interested in partnering into or eventually owning your own private practice? Does the cost, set-up or planning deter you from purchasing your own practice or joining an existing practice as a shareholder/partner? Quabbin Valley Eye Care Corporation is a small, independently owned optometry practice and optical shop located in Western Massachusetts.

Our office prides ourselves with providing 70 years of community and patient centered care in Palmer, MA. We are looking for a licensed, full or part time, optometrist to join our practice (in our newly renovated and relocated space), and are offering robust compensation/benefit packages and practice financed partner shares to the right candidates.

With up-to-date technology, electronic medical records with e-prescribing and newly designed office space (each provider will have access to their own dedicated, fully furnished and outfitted exam lane), our office brings patients the highest quality eye care in a comfortable private eye care setting.

QVEC is willing to self-finance your sharehold 100%, no money down, and guarantee an existing patient base that will afford you to start seeing patients right away. We are looking for optometrists who are dedicated to hands-on patient care, that provide compassionate and professional eye care to patients, and that want to join a practice that will continue the quality care that it has already provided for its patients for years to come.

Offering our optometric providers the opportunity to own a portion of the practice they work in helps to create long-standing residual income for the provider, a vested interest in the patients and the practice, and the opportunity to benefit from the growth and success the providers have helped to create.

Quabbin Valley Eye Care Corporation strives to provide accessible, professional yet compassionate eye care and eye wear to new and existing patients alike. It is our goal to exceed every patient’s expectation and create a quality eye care experience that builds trust and confidence for generations to come. The existing staff has served patients in this community, with little to no turnover for upwards of 20 years, providing consistency and personalized experiences that people have come to know and trust.

We are looking for providers that understand the need and value of independently owned private practices and the level of care that larger, chain and online OD services simply can’t provide.

Competitive Income and Practice Benefit Offers Include: Paid Holidays Off, PTO/Sick and Vacation Time, Flexibility to Create a Schedule the Works for You, IRA w/Practice Contribution, Health Insurance, Malpractice and Liability Insurance, No Weekends, Established Practice with Robust Patient Base, Reimbursement for Uniforms/Scrubs, Continuing Education and Licensure Reimbursement, Eyefinity EMR System, Weave Phone and Communication System, In-Office and Clearing House Billing, Assistance with Credentialing (if needed), Trained Technicians for pre-test and examination assistance, licensed optician on staff, trained office professionals to help coordinate your patient schedule and billing, Professional Autonomy to care for patients - full scope of practice predicated on your professional discretion, Healthy Home/Work Life Balance, and more.

Contact Quabbin Valley Eye Care Corporation today for more information about this exciting opportunity to own your own success. Create the work and practice environment that you have always wanted with other professionals who support each other, and the patients within their care.
