Job Description
We are seeking Optometrists for a remarkable ophthalmology practice in Las Cruces, NM!
The team of highly skilled ophthalmologists, optometrists, opticians, and technicians supporting you all focus on maintaining the health and development of their patients’ eyes by providing medically focused and clinically integrated eye care services.
What You’ll Do:
-80/20 mix of medical optometry and Vision Plans
-Provide patient care related to contact lenses and the diagnosis and treatment of anterior segment disease.
-Manage common ocular diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, retinal disorders, diabetic eye problems, and ocular surface diseases.
-Participate in the co-management of surgical cataract patients by providing patient education, pre-operative considerations & evaluations, and post-operative care.
Compensation & Benefits:
-Competitive compensation (for full-time OD) of $140k - $170k annual, commensurate with experience plus incentive bonus based on collections!
