Visualize LTC Eye Care provides professional, state-of-the-art vision care services to residents who reside in nursing & rehab centers throughout the New York City Metro region, including the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and Hudson Valley regions. Visualize LTC Eye Care offers everything that residents would get on a trip to the eye doctor’s office, without having them leave the facility. .

Our Optometrists and Medical Assistants travel to our client facilities and utilize state-of-the-art equipment to conduct full vision exams as well as screening for residents who may be at-risk for vision loss. Visualize LTC Eye Care provides prescription eye glasses and readers, as needed.

Ophthalmic Technician 3-5 days/wk QS/LI DESCRIPTION We are looking for Ophthalmic Technicians to do Retinal Imaging.   The work sites are at various nursing homes in Queens, Long Island and surrounding areas. The candidate must be willing and able to work at different sites and have their own vehicle to commute to/form work-sites. Must be willing to travel up to an hour away from your home base.   We reimburse for mileage, gas and pay for tolls. We’re looking for reliable, motivated and well-rounded candidates to join our team.
