We are a newly opened, single-door independent optical practice in Lindale, Texas, seeking an ophthalmologist interested in establishing a presence in one of East Texas’ growing communities.

We opened our doors in June 2026. We are strictly an independent optical shop and do not currently offer eye examinations or clinical eye-care services. Even so, we are already receiving approximately 10–15 calls each month specifically asking for an eye exam.

Lindale continues to grow, creating room for additional eye-care services and a more robust local clinical presence.

Our office is located directly on Main Street with easy access, convenient parking, and strong visibility.

We are positioned between two busy neighboring businesses:

- Pharmacy — approximately 200 customer visits per day
- Dry cleaner — approximately 60–100 customer visits per day
- Independent optical shop already attracting patients needing eyewear
- Approximately 10–15 unsolicited eye-exam inquiries per month, despite being newly opened

The surrounding Lindale area continues to expand, creating an opportunity for an ophthalmologist to establish or test a local presence while serving patients who would benefit from additional comprehensive eye-care options closer to home.

A Flexible, Low-Risk Opportunity

We are very flexible and interested in creating an arrangement that works for the physician.

Possibilities could include but not limited to:

- One or several clinic days per month
- One or two days per week
- Part-time satellite practice
- Expansion location for an existing ophthalmology group
- Semi-retired ophthalmologist wishing to continue practicing on a limited schedule
- Physician wanting to test the Lindale market before making a larger commitment

This could be especially attractive for an ophthalmologist who wants to continue practicing on their own terms without taking on the overhead and responsibility of opening another traditional office.
